How to Change Your Profile Picture

Your profile picture is used as your avatar throughout ONS Mail. It appears in your account menu, email list, sent messages, and other supported areas of the platform.

You can upload a new picture, replace your current one, or remove it at any time from the Profile settings.

To access the profile picture settings:

  1. Sign in to your ONS Mail account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select the Profile tab.
  4. Locate the Profile Picture section.

Uploading a New Profile Picture

To upload a new profile picture:

  1. Click Upload Photo.
  2. Select an image from your computer.

After saving, your new profile picture will be displayed throughout your ONS Mail account.

Supported File Formats

ONS Mail supports the following image formats for profile pictures:

  • JPG (.jpg)
  • PNG (.png)
  • GIF (.gif)

Files in unsupported formats cannot be uploaded.

Maximum File Size

The maximum allowed file size for a profile picture is 2 MB.

If your image exceeds this limit, the upload will fail. For the best results, use a clear image with a file size below the maximum limit.

Profile Picture Preview

Before saving, ONS Mail displays a preview of the selected image.

This allows you to verify the picture before applying the changes.

If you selected the wrong image, simply choose another file before saving.

Removing Your Profile Picture

If you no longer want to use a custom profile picture:

  1. Open the Profile Picture section.
  2. Click Remove.
  3. Click Save Changes.

After removal, ONS Mail automatically displays the default avatar generated from your initials.
