ONS Mail Language Settings
The Language Settings section allows you to choose the language used throughout the ONS Mail interface.
Changing the language updates menus, buttons, settings pages, and other interface elements, providing a personalized experience in your preferred language.
To access the language settings:
- Sign in to your ONS Mail account.
- Open Settings.
- Select the Profile tab.
- Locate the Language option.
Changing the Interface Language
To change the interface language:
- Open the Language drop-down menu.
- Select your preferred language.
- The selected language is applied automatically.
There is no need to refresh the page or sign in again.

ONS Mail supports multiple interface languages, including:
- English

Additional languages may be added in future updates.
When Are Language Changes Applied?

If no language preference has been saved, ONS Mail uses the default language configured for your account or organization.
You can change your preferred language at any time from the Language Settings section.
