Password Reset

You can use the following methods to reset or change your ONS Mail password.

Forgot My Password

1. Go to the ONS Mail login page.
2. Click the "Forgot Password" link.
3. Enter your registered email address or username.
4. Enter the verification code sent to your recovery email or phone number.
5. Set your new password.

Tips for Creating a Strong Password

Your password should be at least 12 characters long.
Use uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Do not use easily guessable information (date of birth, name, etc.).
Use a different password for each account.
Consider using a password manager.

Changing Your Current Password

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Go to "Settings" > "Security" > "Change Password".
4. Enter your current password and new password.
5. Click the "Save" button.
