Use the following server settings to use ONS Mail in any email client.
IMAP Settings (Incoming Mail)
Server: mail.onsmail.com
Port: 993
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: your full email address (example@onsmail.com)
Password: your ONS Mail password
SMTP Settings (Outgoing Mail)
Server: mail.onsmail.com
Port: 465
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: your full email address
Password: your ONS Mail password
Authentication
SMTP authentication is required. Make sure to enable "Require SMTP authentication" or "Server authentication" option.
Troubleshooting
Ensure your firewall allows ports 993 and 465.
Make sure you have enabled IMAP access in your account settings.
If you are using an app password, enter the app password instead of your account password.
