ONS Mail Setup in Microsoft Outlook

Follow these steps to add your ONS Mail account to Microsoft Outlook.

Setup for Outlook 2016/2019/365

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click the "File" menu.
3. Click "Add Account".
4. Enter your email address and click "Connect".
5. Outlook will attempt auto-configuration. If it fails, select "Manual Setup".

Manual IMAP Setup

Account type: IMAP

Incoming mail server:

• Server: mail.onsmail.com
• Port: 993
• Encryption: SSL/TLS

Outgoing mail server:

• Server: mail.onsmail.com
• Port: 465
• Encryption: SSL/TLS

1. Click "Connect".
2. Enter your password and complete the account setup.
