ONS Mail Setup in Mozilla Thunderbird

Follow these steps to add your ONS Mail account to Mozilla Thunderbird.

Automatic Setup

1. Open Thunderbird.
2. Go to "File" > "New" > "Existing Mail Account".
3. Enter your name, ONS Mail address, and password.
4. Click "Continue".
5. Thunderbird will attempt auto-configuration.

Manual IMAP Configuration

If automatic configuration fails:

Incoming Mail (IMAP):

• Server: mail.onsmail.com
• Port: 993
• SSL: SSL/TLS
• Authentication: Normal Password

Outgoing Mail (SMTP):

• Server: mail.onsmail.com
• Port: 465
• SSL: SSL/TLS
• Authentication: Normal Password

1. Click "Done".
